Italian-born freelance illustrator and art director, Fabio Consoli, lives in Acitrezza, Italy, a seaside Sicilian town at the foot of Mt. Etna. He travels by bicycle with his sketchbook drawing the people and places he encounters.
He studied art at the University of Arts in London and The New York School of Arts, earning degrees from both schools.
Consoli’s work has been featured in the Society of Illustrators, American Illustration and Communication Arts Illustration Annual. With a client list that includes The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, The Boston Globe, Men’s Health, Barron’s, NPR, Apple, Seiko and Pentagram, Consoli’s illustration has drawn attention worldwide.
Consoli’s graphic style and conceptual approach to illustration result in refreshingly simple yet original illustration. He combines his unique sensibility with humor to arrive at truly novel design solutions.
